Rituals to Rest Retreat - 27th November 2026
So often, rest is the first thing we sacrifice in pursuit of our dreams. We strive, achieve, and give endlessly—until we find ourselves depleted. But what if rest wasn’t something we earned later? What if it was the very thing that allowed us to live fully, clearly, and sustainably?
Rest is not lazy or indulgent. It is essential. When we are well-rested, our hearts feel full, our energy aligned, and our lives begin to flow with more ease. We show up better—for our work, our relationships, and ourselves.
Rituals to Rest is an immersive retreat designed to help you slow down, reconnect, and establish nourishing rituals that support your everyday life—without feeling like another thing to “do”.
Each morning begins with gentle breathwork to refresh your energy and release what no longer serves you. Evenings are devoted to deeply restorative yoga, complete with hands-on therapeutic touch, soothing sound, and nervous system down-regulation.
You’ll explore creativity through a mindful hand-building pottery workshop with local artist The Wired Salmon, enjoy sauna and ice-bath immersions, and have the option to book massage treatments for deeper restoration.
Throughout the retreat, you’ll be guided to create your own personalised rituals to rest—practices you can carry home and weave effortlessly into your daily life.
This retreat is an invitation to pause, receive, and remember how good it feels to be deeply cared for.
Rituals to Rest at Wildwood Eco Retreat
After the beautiful success of our first Rituals to Rest retreat in Margaret River, I'm so excited to welcome you to our next experience—this time, off-grid in the peaceful surrounds of Wildwood Eco Retreat.
Nestled amongst towering native trees and immersed in nature, Wildwood has been thoughtfully created as a place to slow down, reconnect and simply be. In a world that constantly asks us to do more, this is a space that gently invites you to do less. To breathe more deeply. To move more slowly. To remember what it feels like to be truly present.
Every element of Wildwood has been designed to deepen your connection with nature rather than separate you from it. From the quiet walk through the bush as you arrive, to evenings beneath a blanket of stars, warming yourself in the sauna, soaking in the outdoor bath, or sharing nourishing meals around the table, you'll find yourself naturally settling into a slower rhythm.
This intention beautifully reflects the heart of Rituals to Rest.
Our retreats aren't about filling every moment with activities or ticking experiences off a list. They're about creating space. Space to exhale. Space to soften. Space to reconnect with yourself, with nature, and with like-minded women who understand the importance of rest.
Over three days, you'll experience restorative yoga, calming breathwork, a creative pottery workshop, nourishing seasonal meals, time in the sauna and ice bath, gentle moments in nature, and plenty of unhurried free time. No pressure. No expectations. Just the permission to rest in a way that feels deeply restorative.
If you've been giving so much of yourself to everyone else that you've forgotten what it feels like to truly feel like you again, this retreat is your invitation to pause.
To breathe.
To rest.
And to leave feeling lighter, calmer and more connected than when you arrived.

Testimonial
“The Rituals to Rest retreat was a beautiful experience.
Tonnille provided the perfect environment to truly slow down and take time out for myself.
I loved the pottery class and the balance of gentle activities and relaxation throughout the retreat. I left feeling rested, refreshed, and grateful for the space to simply be as well as being more aware of ways to incorporate rest into my days.
Highly recommended for anyone needing a reset.”
