Delivery & collection

We provide convenient delivery and collection throughout the South West, making organising your retreat props simple and stress-free.

Delivery fees:

• Margaret River and Cowaramup: $70

Delivery and collection arrangements will be confirmed when your booking is accepted.

We can also arrange for your props to be laid out and ready for your guests before they arrive. Please let us know if you require set-up assistance when submitting your enquiry.

How it works

1. Choose your package

Select either The Essential Rest Collection or The Complete Rest Collection, depending on the style of practice you are offering.

2. Submit your enquiry

Tell us about your retreat dates, guest numbers and delivery requirements using our enquiry form below.

3. Receive your quote

We'll confirm availability, hire costs, delivery arrangements and any set-up requirements.

4. We deliver or you can pick up

Your props will be delivered to your nominated location at the agreed time, ready for your retreat or you can pick up from our studio at an arranged time.

5. Enjoy your retreat

Your guests can enjoy a comfortable, beautifully equipped yoga space throughout their stay.

6. We collect or you drop off

Once your retreat is finished, we'll arrange collection at the agreed time. Or you will return at an agreed time to our studio.

Hire terms & conditions

To ensure our props remain in excellent condition and are ready for every retreat, the following conditions apply to all bookings.

1. Minimum hire

A minimum booking of 8 sets applies to all hires. Bookings are subject to availability and confirmation.

2. Booking confirmation

Submitting an enquiry does not guarantee a booking. Your booking will be confirmed once availability has been checked, a written quote has been accepted and the agreed deposit or payment has been received.

3. Hire period

The hire period is calculated according to the agreed delivery and collection dates. Additional days must be approved in advance and may incur additional hire charges.

4. Delivery and collection

Delivery and collection fees are charged separately from the hire package. The hirer must provide an accurate delivery address and ensure the property is accessible at the agreed times.

Any set-up requirements must be arranged and confirmed before delivery. Additional charges may apply depending on the location and level of assistance required.

5. Care of equipment

All props must be treated with care and used for their intended purpose. Please ensure props are kept in a clean, dry and covered environment when not in use.

Props must not be left outside in the rain, exposed to excessive moisture or stored in direct sunlight for extended periods.

6. Cleaning requirements

All equipment must be returned clean, dry and ready for collection.

• Yoga mats must be wiped down with a soft damp cloth and mild, suitable cleaning solution. Do not soak, machine wash or use harsh chemicals. Allow mats to dry completely before rolling.

• Foam blocks should be wiped clean and dry.

• Yoga straps should be returned clean and free from dirt or stains.

• Bolsters and blankets should be returned dry and free from food, dirt and excessive debris.

• Eye pillows must be kept dry and returned in their protective condition.

Please do not wash or immerse bolsters or eye pillows. If any item requires specialist cleaning, please contact us before attempting to clean it.

7. Damage, loss and replacement

The hirer is responsible for all equipment from delivery until collection.

Any lost, stolen, damaged or excessively soiled items must be reported as soon as possible. The hirer may be charged the reasonable cost of repair, professional cleaning or replacement where damage or loss occurs beyond normal wear and tear.

8. Changes and cancellations

Any changes to guest numbers, hire dates or package requirements must be communicated as early as possible and are subject to availability.

Cancellation and refund arrangements will be outlined in your booking confirmation.

9. Late collection or return

If equipment cannot be collected at the agreed time due to circumstances within the hirer's control, additional hire or collection charges may apply.

10. Responsibility

The hirer is responsible for ensuring all props are used appropriately and safely by retreat guests. Our equipment is supplied for general yoga and wellness use and does not replace appropriate instruction or supervision.

By confirming a booking, the hirer agrees to these terms and conditions.
